Returns & Refunds

- General
1.1 By placing an order with Clové (“we” or “us”), you agree to the below return and refund conditions.
- Return Procedure
2.1 Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt.
2.2 To initiate a return, the customer must contact our customer service within the specified period via info@clove-home.nl.
2.3 Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
- Costs and Responsibility
3.1 The costs and the risk of the return shipment are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2 Clové is not responsible for damage to returned products during transport. We advise customers to package the return securely and insure it.
- Inspection and Refund
4.1 After receiving the returned products, Clové will inspect the condition of the goods.
4.2 If the returned products are in good condition, Clové will proceed with the refund within 14 days of receiving the return shipment.
4.3 The refund will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
- Exceptions
5.1 Customized products, personalized items, or products that have been clearly used or damaged are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
