General terms and conditions

  1. General

1.1 By placing an order with Clové (“we” or “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Orders and Agreements  

2.1 All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Clové.

2.2 An agreement is concluded when Clové sends an order confirmation to the provided email address.

  1. Prices and Payments

3.1 All prices are stated in Euros, inclusive of VAT, and exclusive of any shipping costs.

3.2 Payment must be made immediately upon placing the order, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is required to process the order and initiate the production process.

  1. Delivery  

4.1 Delivery times are indicative. Delay in delivery does not entitle the customer to compensation.

4.2 We aim to make our customers aware of delivery times. When a product specifically indicates a delivery time of 6-9 weeks, we emphasize that this is an estimate. The actual delivery time may take up to 9 weeks, especially due to complex production processes. Clové strives for transparency and keeps customers informed of any delays exceeding the original estimate.

  1. Returns and Exchanges  

5.1 Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in the original packaging.

5.2 Costs and risks of return shipping are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

  1. Warranty  

6.1 Our products come with a warranty period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

6.2 Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

  1. Liability  

7.1 Clové is not liable for any form of indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7.2 Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the respective product.

  1. Intellectual Property 

8.1 All intellectual property rights related to our products and designs remain the property of Clové.

  1. Applicable Law and Disputes  

9.1 Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions.

9.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Clové is established.

  1. Changes to Terms and Conditions  

10.1 Clové reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modified terms apply to new orders.
